The talented team at Kubix worked with us on a daily basis over months to produce from old, an excellent brand new contemporary online store. At every stage of the project, from migration to design and development, they were exceptional in dealing with and fulfilling our (many) requests - no matter how complicated they were. A reliable migration of tonnes of data as well as images from an aged platform to Shopify wasn’t their only success, as design and development towards the final stage that satisfied our needs and high expectations was a priority for them. Those at Kubix were so talented, responsive and delivering on every issue, every request, that we felt like we were all part of the same team as we finally reached the new DirDirect, our re-platformed singing and dancing new online store. Hand over heart: 5 stars for the Kubix team who took on an extremely complex project starting from a very complicated data-driven migration, leading to the design and equally complex development stages of a brand-new site that would match our high standards and expectations. Result: DirDirect online. Expectedly the project required more time to complete but over the months it took, the Kubix team worked with us day in, day out, patiently dealing with our complicated requests and tasks to make changes, introduce new possibilities and professionally deliver on not just re-platforming our store, but restructuring and developing it with many new functionalities into a contemporary site. The result is a site that has exceeded our initial expectations and has made us even more confident in choosing Shopify as our new sales platform, Kubix Media to accomplish it and continue to support us on our journey in other ways.
