I was a regular on Siteground for 8 years, not only has their prices dramatically increased, but they’re customer service is non existent. Now on Kualo. Amazing onboarding experience thanks to (probably nicknames, yet still naming them) Irina, made everything simple and easy in all ways possible. Onboarding, paying and site transfer made within few hours. My case was a bit unorthodox as I have an old Wikimedia, anyhow the following issues and service provided by Bruno, Kuldeep and Angelica always attentive and replying within very short time at my ticket in order to solve my never ending emerging issues post transfer! Now the heavy duty work done by Levis and Tabare that went the extra mile to solve my tech issue in record time! I know I am not an easy customer, rather demanding, and all of you have exceeded my expectations, I hope your Boss see this as a great dynamic team and reward you accordingly as you made a customer for life 100% based on the extra-mile service that was provided in record time.
