Rang up to ask if they would do a major service on my 2013 ktm 990 adventure. I was told they wouldn’t work on a bike older than 5 years old. Spoke to my next nearest ktm dealership “redline” at Loughborough. Bloke couldn’t have been more helpful gave me a full quote and gave lots to advice. Wouldn’t waste my time with DMC. I know where I will be spending my money when i change bikes.

The worst dealer in the world, don’t have a clue what they are doing, customer service is shocking, my 2021 bike that was there with a light fault they told me They would order the parts and let me know once they are in, 3 months later still no call, so I call them and they say we have no knowledge of your bike Beening here…. Problem 2 more lights On my dash abs faults they told me to bring it in, in 10 days time so I did then they phoned me the same day saying it’s fixed I can collect it soon as I got there turned it on all the faults still there, so I left the bike with them heard nothink from them in 3 Weeks I phoned them weekly for updates to be told we have sent all the information off to ktm and waiting to hear back on what to do. I would never own a ktm again after this my first and only staff are useless

Traded a bike in with DMC in early September, would not let me notify DVLA of change of keeper to a trader as it maybe going out to a 3rd party seller. (Bike is currently for sale with DMC). Ive since been charged for 2 months road fund as DVLA have not been notified and vehicle is still registered in my name, I have had to result to writing to the DVLA with a copy of the sales agreement to show proof as having sold the vehicle. I have phoned DMC 4 times asking for the DVLA to be notified using the V5c document number, only to be told that someone would call me back but no one does. Don't know if this is lack of communication instore or someone can't be bothered, either way it's poor customer service.

Staff wasn't very helpful, shop looked like a dump, bikes in various stages of repair in the showroom. I'm hoping that the showroom doesn't usually look like it did today (Saturday)

These guys are great, informative, no pressure, excellent show room & facilities. Dropped off my KTM Superduke 1290R to have a health check and new rear tire, seamless, team handled the whole process perfectly, very happy 👍
