They don't mind waiting for you if you go beyond the set time. The coaches are very clean and smooth. I want to specially thank Jay for the quality service every year. I highly recommend them without any doubt. 08/08/2022 Liked the services from KTL coaches very much so I am here with a review update. Excellent service given by Jay (Javed) always ready to help when in doubt and makes your journey tension free. The bus came on time to pick us up and dropped us back home safely on the decided time. You can also take toilet breaks in between your journey and no problem with the money transactions too. This is my 3rd year have been using their services and I can guarantee you, Javed never fails to deliver what they promise. I thank KTL coaches for the super time we had on the beach ⛱

Very impressed with the Coach. We had an executive Mercedes minibus for 16. Top Quality, arrived on time. Had mobile number of the driver to meet after the show. I would use KTL again around Watford/Wembley Area. Top stuff thankyou Jay, hope to see you again in the future on another trip!

Cannot praise this coach company enough, they took 9 adults and 9 children to Gatwick airport, where we had the nightmare of being delayed flight time and then Tui holidays cancelling our complete holiday at 8 pm , with the whole group shattered and kids crying I phoned KTL coaches asking if they could send a coach to pick us up ( I thought no chance at such short notice) , they said don’t worry we will be there within a couple of hours , and they were ,and no extra charges , we will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone travelling . 1st class again thank you very much cheers Lee Bircham

What can I say, a more courteous driver you could not have asked for. He was brilliant. Arrived in good time, very friendly and even after the M2 diversion, he kept us updated with what was going on. Clean comfortable minibus. Highly recommended. We'll be using them again, and soon. Barry
