If you are looking for LifeP04 leisure batteries then KS Energy is the place to go. Neal's customer service is absolutely superb and can't do enough to help you out. I unfortunately had a slight issue with my set up and Neal was there to help sort it all out answering emails at all times of day and really doing all he could to resolve it. I wouldn't hesitate recommending KS Energy to you all. Neal has been an awesome help to me when he upgraded my camper from old fashioned batteries to Lithium. Neal’s service didn’t stop there either- he helped me diagnose a battery drain problem in the camper and supplied me the kit needed to fix it. He was always happy to give advice. Ordered 2x 120ah batteries , delay in delivery due to border issues but can't fault the service and assistance it setting up charging profiles on my inverter charger. Update 2/3/21 Called twice regarding setting up the batteries correctly. Can fault the guy as both times he took his time with me on the phone and explained everything.

Hi Neal Morris, this is a genuine review that reflects how I feel after being banned from your FB group without any explanation after I had posted a question regarding combining lithium cells. I realise this may not reflect the quality of your batteries, but I think does reflect on how you treat people and I would not be tempted having any business with you. Update. I think it's 100% connected with your business, and shows how you treat people and the tactics you employ. What if your customer fails to notice some obscure 'small print' on their warranty? Will you just block their phone number/email? That FB page, although made to look 'generic', it's there to promote your business, and people asking genuine questions about other options are being banned without any explanation or warning.

What an outstanding business. When I was looking for a lithium leisure battery, I knew there was a lot of dubious, cheap and suspect products out there along side a complete lack of quality assurance and clear contradictions (Daly BMS does not have a low temperature cut off, 60ah not 100ah etc etc) in the end I decided to spend slightly more and buy a KS battery and boy do I not regret it. I also appreciate that I'm supporting a company that takes obvious pride and an interest in battery design and electrical engineering rather than some business that buys from the far east and has no further knowledge of what it is they're selling apart from the sticker glued to it with 0 technical expertise. Lastly, KS upgraded me to a 120ah for no extra cost due to stock issues with the 100ah model. Wonderful!
