Be aware. There is very much a lack of communication when working with these guys. They said they could do it, extended the time, the time turned into more time and the final result is messy to say the least. Our window is not straight and is falling apart. I went and took a closer look as to why it is falling apart and found they used glue to hold the wood onto the glass, which may be best practice, I don't know, I am not a glazier, but I do know that a proper fix should not entail pieces falling off randomly as they are hit by rain, heat, and the elements outside they are accustomed too. Also, your final bill will more than likely change. Again, be very cautious when thinking of this company for a fix. And emergency should not be in the title. They did fix it, but in an emergency rush on their side, not for the emergency on my side I needed it fixed from.

This company was called by the police, without my knowledge, to the property that I rent out to board up following damage to a small kitchen window and to glass in the front door. Other glaziers who have seen the photos (attached) have commented on how poorly this job has been done. The charge (£714.00) was in my view excessive. Indeed, their charge was boarding up was higher than the quotes that I have obtained for a permanent repair of the glass from other companies! The company hassled me on a daily basis for payment from day 1 even though they knew I was pursuing this through an insurance claim that would take 5 working days to process. Their quote for a permanent repair is 2-3 times higher than equivalent quotes from other companies.
