I came here at 3:45 pm and wanted to have a coffee and relax. But it turned out that one area in which I was sitting closes at 4 o'clock. But why didn't you mention this when I bought coffee from you. Although you work until 5 o'clock. This is not fair to customers. I wanted to relax and ended up stressed out.

The person that served Thursday 13th of April was rude, sorry I did not catch her name correctly but even the writing on the badge was weird. Ruxy, Roxy or whatever. If a customer requests a specific doughnut, I guess you offer it without questioning or making a sour face and act impolite after.
