Someone jumped the que right Infront of the lady serving. She took no notice to correct the matter. I was then served, given further attitude and after getting my order, felt cheated and provided second class service. Shame. You can do better. The manager in charge needs a reality check.

Used to be a big part of the selfridges store where they would freshly make donuts, now a franchise stall/van with very limited options. It's gone downhill by franchising out while the donuts have gone more expensive. Can't use smile points here. Alsol young male staff ignored me several times to watch football.

Doughnuts are good however I ordered about 10 boxes for fundraising. I sold them for charity and 1 customer had only received 8 instead of the 12!! You can also see the syrup was only on them. VERY unhappy EDIT: In another box, (it was sealed) THERE WAS A HAIR!! Do you know how unhygienic that is? VERY VERY unhappy with this service 😠
