It was delivered quickly, good hygiene and the donuts were absolutely wonderful. Small dining area; I will advise people to take "choose your own" rather than purchasing individual items.

I visited the New Street branch this afternoon and it was quiet, infact unusually so. I wanted to get a strawberry cream doughnut but unfortunately it wasn't in stock. I had to get the lotus biscoff which is very nice too. I don't like how the smiles expire but you can convert smiles into a reward which remain in your wallet but the member of staff said this also expires and an email advises you of the expiry date. I had a hot drink saved in my wallet so l got a Latte. Staff were nice enough however the Latte was full of froth and very ordinary. I was disappointed with the taste and l wouldn't recommend it. I ended up having the doughnut with a lovely cuppa at home and doughnut was lovely. I do miss the Krispy Kreme doughnuts of old such as the chocolate glazed option with a cream filling and the cruller.

Thank you for the fab service this afternoon. Special thanks to the young man who saved my shopping by giving me a large plastic bag as my paper bag had disintegrated due to the heavy rain. Lovely friendly team. Always a pleasure to shop there when I’m in Grand Central Station.

Just went to redeem my bday doughnut. Women on counter didn't even say hi when I walked in. What happened to friendly customer service? She then complained to me that I didn't tell her that I was using my app to pay. Not impressed.
