I booked in with Kris and after 2 massages I have no pain and so much more movement! Kris is very knowledgable and has given me exercises to complete to help further. To top it off Kris is such a lovely person as well. I would highly recommend!

So far, I’ve had two incredible back massages with Kris. She’s working wonders on my tight shoulders and I feel so much looser and lighter after my visits. The targeted at-home exercises Kris demonstrates are great as helping me work on the issue between appointments too. Kris is very professional, super knowledgeable, and shows real care and attention. The room is really comfortable and warm. I’d had what I thought were deep tissue massages before, but what Kris offers is on another level. Highly recommended.
