During the works his team discovered some window frames were rotten, so notified me immediately giving options and costs for repair, and then repaired them as part of the works. He and his team were straightforward in saying what they could or couldn't do, worked very hard and were speedy and punctual. Kris thought creatively to solve some tricky problems and was good at communicating and sharing his thinking with us. Kris and his men are excellent; Completing one major job for me in a two bedroom flat. The property in question required a lot of work and a major overhaul. Kris renovated the whole property including installing a new kitchen and bathroom. As well as decorating the hall and bedrooms. When completed it was in a perfect condition at a very reasonable price and within the agreed timeframe. He has also carried out a number of minor repairs at the same property again to a very high standard and often at short notice. He always does a very professional job. Excellent service all round.
