On Feb 24th Kreative Automotive picked up my car for servicing, he diagnosed a timing belt issue, quoted and I agreed to the repair to start Feb 27th. After hearing nothing that week I messaged him and was told it wouldn’t be repaired until March 10th. After another four false promised dates I am still without my car. Tony will not answer the phone or reply to emails, I have asked him several times to return my car so I could get a professional/reliable mechanic to repair it but he doesn’t reply. I used a company called Clickmechanic who found this man, after contacting them and their failed attempts to have my car returned they have advised me to contact the police, which I will have to do today March 29th. In 30 years of driving and using garages I have never been in such a situation. My advice would be to steer well clear of Kreative Automotive, I just want my car back five weeks is more then ridiculous. I’ll also be contacting the Hull Daily Mail today people need to be made aware of this man. Services: Auto engine diagnostic, General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance

I'm still waiting for them to arrange to fit my rear windscreen wiper..... 4 yes 4 weeks after Service and MOT. Do not answer the phone, I'm still waiting. Watch this space.... seems like this is the only way.

I ordered a tyre through Black Circles and was allocated an appointment. I was 15 minutes early but the gentleman got straight on with the job. I was out 5 minutes after the time I should have arrived. Not only was it swift, but also perfectly executed, no grease or scuffs in sight. In the short time I was there I was offered a warm place to sit and wait but instead had a little mooch and got to see some of the stunning restoration work going on there. On top of everything customer service, courtesy and professionalism were absolutely tip top. Next time I'll be going direct. Service: Tires

Just had my wheels in to be refurbed and powder coated. Top class job, wheels are now brand new and coloured in gloss black that really pop. The guys are very professional and masters of their craft, if you want powder coating of any description, these are your guys. Can't give enough credit for their craftsmanship.
