Booked for 16:00 on Sunday 7th May. I called at 15:45 to get an ETA (as on the booking confirmation it says the bus will arrive at 15:45 to set up), where I was told he would arrive at 16:30. ; no communication on their front. At 16:30 still no show, where I called again and I was told 17:00. Children waiting for over an hour, where some of which had to leave and couldn’t experience the bus. The bus then arrived over an hour late. The bus had poles exposed where the foam had fallen away, where one child banged his head. Staples that were used to fasten the foam and plastic were exposed, with one child having a staple stab him in the hand. Bus was dirty. All of which was explained to Steve at the time and he said he would discount me 50% of the cost as a result. With numerous excuses and Steve/Party bus now failing to respond to any messages/phone calls, I’m still waiting for the refund. Do not use this company as you’ll be disappointed.

Ordered a party bus for friends granddaughter 5th birthday and absolutely disgusted on how the party bus turned up, filthy not cleaned and also in dir straights there was a hole in the front step bear in mind we were supposed to have a red party bus where the children would love to play on it but we had a white double decker bus that was being held with blue tape around the lights and also else where. On the whole dirty, inside and out please be weary as this isn't what you pay for so refused to pay for the service after this company handed my rubbish to get rid of. Very embarrassed to see other parents faces when it arrived.

Booked the Krazykidzparty bus for my daughters 6th birthday for 10am on a Saturday. I get a phone call on the Friday before at 1.15pm cancelling. Unfortunate incidents like mechanical failure or flat tyre I would understand but for the reason to be he has no MOT is disgusting. I even messaged 2 weeks before to ask when he would like the balance paid and no mention that there may be problems. I then had 18 very disappointed children and less than 24hrs to book something else. Very poor service and would not recommend to anyone.

Had my son's party today. Him and his friends all have additional needs and Steve couldn't have made the party any better for them. He even got down and played games with them helped them when needed he was definitely and warm and welcoming person. The bus was lovely and clean and warm. Would use again. Price was also reasonable.
