I have been a martial artist for the past 10 years and this is one of the best, friendliest clubs that I've been to. Over the years I've been here, I can say we have solid classful of people in all age ranges, which is good because it helps push us to be better. We work together in classes in a cooperative style and have a lot of partner work. I took Krav Maga classes and I found it really enjoyable. I thought it was really useful to compliment the other martial arts I'd done. Also I think Krav Maga is really useful forming a solid basis for self defence for a beginner so I'd recommend this class. We have a competitive sparring class, which is really fun and helped push me to the next level of martial arts training. Master Edwards is a top coach and also employs only the best, and we are now part of an association - the WFMC with whom I won a world champions. I'd highly recommend this, families are welcome and age isn't a problem, they tailor the program towards you!
