They were good until things went wrong. Ordered some dosing pumps that didn’t work. The manufacturer agreed they weren’t working properly so asked to return. Over 2 weeks later and still not refunded me. Had to chase several times and always seems to be an excuse. Will be contacting my card company to get my money back now. Not a company I will recommend to anyone

Really, really terrible service. Been waiting over 3 weeks for an order, they ignore me for days then come up with various excuses and promises that never materialise. Think this will be my last order, unfortunately this isn't the first order where they have given me problems.
