    I took the rear boot of my 911 SC to be repainted, after removing the rear wing. They first welded the holes left by the wing and then they painted. They ended up going back to bare metal because they were not satisfied with the result, and they didn’t ask me for more than what the quotation said. They managed to match almost the perfect colour without having to paint the car rear fenders, that saved me some thousands pounds. The communication via email was very efficient.
