    Not received item, asked for tracking, got no response, then emailed again asking for a refund, to be told send item back?? when querying why I should pay the return (if the item actually turned up) was told by Philip Hall to “STOP BEING A DICK” Not a great way to run a business!! Would of given no stars if possible. In response to your comment, I am trying to tell you I haven’t received the item, I’ve asked you twice for a tracking number and you haven’t given me it… Why??? the reason I am asking for the tracking details is because someone down my road might have it. And yes you did say that, along with another abusive email recently, you need to work on your customer service skills, you might be polite on here, but you certainly are rude in emails. Don’t worry, I definately won’t be buying anything from you again. All I’m left with is abuse from you and out of pocket with the cost of the teashirt you supposedly sent.
