We used to KR Electrical on a recommendation from a neighbour to install pendant lighting over island, install a new socket and install several lights. From the first interaction I was impressed. By asking for full details up front, Kurtis provided an estimate of costs (which was very reasonable and accurate) within 15 minutes (at the weekend too!). Once I accepted it, the process to book in was easy - I picked a date, paid a deposit and that was it. Kurtis offered a further telephone call to talk through the job in more detail; we discussed the best options and he gave me all the information I needed to make a decision. Kurtis turned up on the day, did a great job, was very pleasant to deal with and worked very hard to make a light fitting fit in a very tight space. I think most people would have given up, but Kurtis took the time to find a solution. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend KR Electrical to others.
