Scarlet (owner’s daughter) is one of the kindest, sweetest, most warm-hearted people I know. I am so lucky to have such an amazing friend! She is so passionate and knowledgeable about kpop and korean music as a whole! I wouldn’t buy albums from anywhere else!!! really enjoy visiting here, owners are lovely & red brick staff are happy to help when they’re not in. everything is well organised (in store and their actual system for orders) and their additional services make the experience a lot fun and easier like their trading events and option to pick up in store. would definitely recommend checking out their collaborations with other small businesses too
