Having lived in my home over 33 years l decided to downsize to a 2 bed property in a neighbouring borough. This was the 3rd property l have purchased and it will definately be my last; as buying property in 1988 is totally different from buying in 2021!! l was totally stressed out and tearful throughout the 7 month process......but Joanna who dealt with my conveyancing was absolutely brilliant. Any concerns of her being a paralegal quickly evaporated because Joanna's professionalism, knowledge and experience was clearly evident. I was always able to call Bozena the solicitor if l needed too, however l never had cause to do so as Joanna was very proficient. I am the type of person if l am asked to do a task l get on with it straight away. Joanna was the same, so we worked well together. On the few occasions Joanna was on leave, l was still able to contact KPL solicitor's as her actions on my conveyancing were detailed and up-to-date. I was never asked to call back when she returned to work. I was in a chain of 5 property's and Joanna ensured l was the 1st person in the chain "ready to move" by 12 weeks. There were problems in the chain which caused what l felt, were unreasonable delays; and at times l was ready to give up. During these times Joanna remained professional, respectful and unflustered throughout. Joanna kept me up to date with EVERYTHING, and even times where l was feeling angry, tearful or dejected Joanna maintained a supportive and professional stance from start to finish. She literally walked me through the very stressful process. Even at times when l didn't understand some of the paperwork, Joanna always took the time to break things down and explained what l needed to do. l am not really great on the computer Joanna followed my instructions to email ALL copies of correspondence to my daughter, and this proved to be a great help. There were also occasions when l requested an office visit Joannna accomodated me on all these occasions. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to use KPL solicitors, as their service is FIRST CLASS. I am even going to use them to update my Will and discuss Power of Attourney next month. Needless to say Joanna gave me a printed copy of information about Wills and Power of Attourney.
