Wouldn't recommend as they're quick to take all your details initially just so they've got your data on file. I shouldn't have to be chasing agencies for job vacancies in my area, it should be the other way round. Had more luck finding interviews myself just by looking on indeed!

I got registered fill up so many documents and they just cant find in system and saying not even register even i got a text massage for job and now they cant even find on system. Very unorganised they are waisting time of other people its been 3 weeks thats been going on

I saw a job advertisement by the Agency on CV-library, and every time I called the agency and inquired about the job, the person with whom I needed to speak "has just gone into a meeting." I was told that the person would call me back, but the recruitment consultant never did. I called two days in a row and received the same response: "he was in a meeting" and would call me back. I would not recommend working with an agency that is untrustworthy.

They're alright, got work within a week of contacting them however they are rubbish at communication, almost everytime I call with an inquiry I am told the operator does not work within a specific department and when an employee is available they would call back. Only they wouldn't call back and I would be chasing them and ringing up for multiple days just to have the same 'we'll call you'. It's gotten to the point I don't even contact the agency anymore I go straight to my works managers. There are definitely better agency's available and I don't recommend KPI unless you're willing to spend most of your time listening to the dial tone.
