I'm sorry I have to change my previous 5* review for this business. They helped me secure planning permission for my loft conversion, however, the plan they produced were completely off compliance to building regulations rules. We started our project, ignorantly then all the problems began. It was then very hard to reach them, and after I managed to reach them, they couldn't provide the solution to the issues on site. I also got a structural engineer from them who never came to site even when I suggested I would pay him for the visit. The building control engineers came back several times with queries on both structural and architectural designs which they couldn't resolve until I had to get another structural engineer and a new architectural firm to resolve the problem, costing me an extra £5500. My honest opinion, I don't think I would recommend thier services to anyone after my experience.

Thank you KPCL and team. We appreciate Jubayr and Lisa's help on this. Although our first application was rejected, we respect that they managed to get our application through the second time for our rear and 1st floor extension. The result was definitely an early Christmas gift to us. We thank you for your patience and professionalism in dealing with this matter and getting our planning application through Newham Council. We will be instructing you further for the next step and we look forward to cooperating with KPCL again in getting the next step done after the planning stage. Hopefully we could get the refurbishment started in the coming year.
