The KP clinic is beautifully decorated and from the minute you walk through the door you feel calm and welcome. The staff always greet me with a smile and make me feel comfortable. The Hydra Facial gives my skin such a deep cleanse and Rachel’s technique is spot on. Overall a fabulous clinic with fabulous staff and a comprehensive range of treatments. For start to finish was an incredible experience. I booked the hydra facial. When I arrived I was offered a drink I asked for a coffee that came on the cutest mirrored glass with a hot towel biscuit and the coffee was perfect. I was then taken upstairs with Rachel for a consultation had a discussion about my skin and then I was taken to the face scanner to look deeper into my skin and what’s and what’s beneath it. This I must say was mind blowing I was advised to use a good spf. Lots of oil sitting in my skin from the products I had been using. Rachel explained step by step what was going to happen during the treatment to allow me to enjoy the experience in peace. I felt so relaxed the room was beautiful and the bed was lovely and warm. Towards the end I was left under the infrared machine for 15 minutes. After the treatment I was asked how was it. I was speechless, relaxed my skin felt brand new. Rachel had also extracted milia spots that had been sat on my skin for 3 months. I was then left to relax and was presented with a ginger water and raspberry sorbet wow what a great end to a lovely experience. Will be booking once a month. Highly recommend thank you so much. Xx
