The Bradbury
We went for a meal here yesterday, we booked a for 8.30 however when we got there they said our table was nearly ready. We then noticed someone was still sat at it. We waited for around 15 mins but weren't too concerned. When we sat down the couple next to us were complaining they still hadn't received all their starters, when the complained to the staff their remaining starters were brought out burnt. This couple eventually left before the rest of their food came and complained. An hour went by and we still hadn't received any food, the 3 tables around us were taking about how they hadn't received their for and it had been 1.5 hours. They had the air con on 17 which made it very cold and kept leaving the door open which made it even colder. And when you are for hours with nothing to so we really felt it. The servers also appeared to not tend to our section so we weren't able to voice our concerns. After an hour and a half I went to the court and asked if it was likely we were going to get food as the restaurant was now technically closed with the rest of the restaurant empty and none of us had received any food. Eventually our food arrived, which felt very awkward as the other table had now been waiting 2 hours for theirs. The food was amazing but I don't thinknid risk the service again Dietary restrictions: Had a gluten free and low salt option of soy sauce. As well as vegan options on the menu.

Nice decor and ambience. We had a superb pulled pork bao bun. Sushi was fantastic as well. Unfortunately the tempura prawns with spicy mayo was soggy. Perhaps mayo on the side would preserve the tempura's crispiness. The service was slow and bungled. 16/05/23 7pm

I had a FANTASTIC time here!! The service was WONDERFUL and the staff are LOVELY. Their dessert sushi is ONE OF A KIND. I would LOVE to eat here everyday - HIGHLY recommend. ❤️ Dietary restrictions: I highly appreciate that this restaurant offers HALAL options!!

No food received, no answer on phones. They even redirected their phone and made it impossible for us to cancel the order. Would suggest they don't offer take aways if they cannot actually cope with the extra orders. So cannot recommend.
