Korg Sales Representative team is not great at all. I had Korg X5D, Triton then PA600, bought Havian 30 Bstock, but was in a very bad state, on opening right side Speaker was fully distorted, Laminates of the keyboard were out. Returns team was really good in co-ordinating repairs also suggested if we can get in touch with Sales team representative. But Sales team is the last thing you want to speak to in Korg as they are very loud with customers and try to put you down. Avoid Korg UK Direct purchase, buy from a dealer better price and most importantly they want to sell their products so get better customer service.
