Whoever calls themselves the ‘chef’ here should really look into a change of career. Ordered two poke bowls, looked great in the picture… what arrived: boiled, unseasoned rice, boiled, unseasoned frozen veg, wilted lettuce, a chalky, over boiled hard boiled egg and some very dodgy looking smoked salmon. In all my years in Leeds I haven’t experienced such an embarrassing attempt for a takeaway.

PATHETIC! The katsu burger was the saddest burger I've seen. Not worth the money, it arrived dry, no sauce, one piece of Lettuce and an old, wrinkly bun. Tempura chips arrived... with not a single tempura piece on them and cold. The boneless chicken meal arrived without any chips. Chicken was very oversalted. What arrived was not worth the price and they got pretty much every item wrong.

Absolutely rubbish tiny kaysu burger that cost £9 also wet as hell and was finished in about 2 bites will not use again if you want good Korean style food look at other options within the area do not get from here

Ordered on UberEats via the 2 for 1 offer they had. Driver arrived at the restaurant and they "didn't have my order on the system". Left me and the driver to deal with it. Then, oddly enough, refreshed the UberEats app to find the deal no longer available. They did not want to fulfill the deal and lied to get out of the order. Shameful, but commonplace now that customer service doesn't matter. Won't bother coming back, there's much better Korean food in Leeds anyway.

One of your employees have got to be playing a prank last night.Absolutely taking the mickey.Ordered 4 seoul burgers last night.I mean I like spicy food & can handle spice more than your average joe but this was just taking the pi**.The burgers & chips themselves were actually well presented & quite nice but the amount of chilli on the burgers made them inedible & everyone only just about managed to finish half a burger each (because they were so hungry).Sort it out
