I have participated in five coaching sessions with Alex and really enjoyed each of them. Alex makes you feel at ease quickly because of his sincere friendliness and enthusiasm and his honest personal interest in others. He knows how to get to the point while keeping the atmosphere relaxed and happy. In just 5 sessions, I learned how to get more focus and motivation and how to stay positive. Alex knows and shares tools and exercises that he uses himself and all of these are helpful and work well.
