Seriously some of the worst staff/customer service I’ve ever dealt with in my life. From the first time I phoned I was told I was wrong/didn’t know what I was talking about and to come to the store to discuss further. I then ordered tshirts and made it clear of the type of print I wanted. Then the communication was very poor, I was having to email multiple times to get responses then when I tried to pick up my T-shirt’s they weren’t ready and they were confused as to what I wanted even after I told them exactly what I wanted. Then I collect the T-shirt’s, they are the exact opposite type of print from what I asked for. Then I decided to tell them I was unhappy, to be met with anger and frustration from the staff (especially Stephen). I was told that my designs were and I quote “terrible” numerous times. Not to mention how aggressive Stephen was with me through this entire interaction. He made me feel as if me being a customer was a burden. Seriously never thought I’d have to deal with anything like this. I believe as I am a teenager they tried to take advantage of my situation. I also did not appreciate Stephen telling me my designs were “stolen from the internet” and “terrible”. Trying to start a business and this was what I was told by a company I’m trying to use to start it. Not good. Not good at all.
