Called twice to chase our order but no reply, so I had to drive to the shop itself. Once I arrived in the shop I was ignored for almost 5 minutes. The order was not ready despite it being over ten days, meaning my son has no branded uniform for his first days at school. Really unhelpful shop assistants.
