I have used Koncept castles for all of my kids parties over the past couple of years and they have been great! Easy to book online, prices are good, turn up on time and the products are brill! Also I booked a castle for the wrong day and only realised that morning.... Martin was brilliant, called me back ASAP and luckily had it available. He managed to squeeze in the delivery and saved the day! Brilliant service, will continue to use them many times in the coming years. I can especially recommend the disco bouncy castle with slide 👍🏾👍🏾

I hired a castle for my daughter and her friends birthday party. I emailed the day before to confirm, didn't receive a response. On the day they were supposed to arrive between 9.30 and 10.30. by 10.20 I hadn't heard anything so called to find out the ETA. I spoke to a gentleman who didn't seem to know anything about the booking but did know that the delivery people had had a puncture and we're running behind. Might have been nice if someone had bothered to call and give me the heads up. I asked for some more information like how long exactly they would be I was told, and I believe this is verbatim, "how long is a piece of string?" Helpful. They did eventually arrive in the nick of time and were set up just before the kids arrived. I could have done without the stress and lack of customer service. I won't be using them again that's for sure!
