The quality of the food here is just wow, wow, wow. What else can I say about the quality of the food! I just don't have words to say because the roast is so delicious...! The fried khichuri here is very special. As the saying goes, a Bengali does not have a real meal if he does not eat it with satiety, and after many days of that satiety, I eat fried khichuri.
