Mostly a hit or miss with both the food and service. If you're lucky, you will get noticeably better food and / or a decent server. They often like to pack out your order with too much rice or noodles, leaving little space for the mains. I have had times when I said "less rice please," and I got told I would've got less chicken in my katzu. Apparently, it's their policy to prevent people thinking they would get more chicken. I don't want more chicken, I just want less rice. Shame.

Staff are rude, queued up for like 8 minutes only to be told that a man, who was not in the queue before I lined up to pay that he came first. I insisted that I am only there to pay for sushi, and that I was in the line to pay first!

Unfortunately the Sweet and Sour chicken was very soggy this time, along with soggy rice. It was quite a soggy combo. Hopefully it can be improved in the future to be more crunchy and less like a sponge.
