The atmosphere is lacking due to it being in the arndale. But honestly was super suprised. The foods great and the staff are lovely. Yeah it's maybe a little pricey for what you get but still a great deal when compared to most the other arndale food prices. I'd still recommend going to the food market if anyone asked, but other than it's probably the best food you can get in the arndale. Served by lovely people.

I tried it for the first time last week, for a fast food dining spot it's okay and although it's almost always impossible to get a seat so you have to takeaway (what prevented me trying in past) I think overall the food was better than I'd say it's direct rival wagamamas. You have a fixed choice of options that comes in a circular pot. The quantity of food for the price (circa £9-£10) dosent feel great. I opted for katsu curry with rice and paid Extra for 2 Gyosa (not recommended, been kept warm far too long not fresh at all) the Katsu was good and they gave a decent amount of chicken for the size of the pot. 5 of us from work went, and all of us found the portion size too high for price and needed something else for our stomachs to be content. The staff were friendly, but didn't communicate much so it was rather robotic and not much organisation in who's order will come out first. In our group the person who ordered 4th actually got his first. Overall its a decent place to eat and no doubt I will return. if you don't mind doing as takeaway as unlikely to have seats I'd certainly pick this over wagamamas especially if you was aiming for any standard noodle or rice dish.
