    45 minute delay, phoned to question this and the person who answered the phone started to mug me off and said that food was still cooking , food came cold and barely cooked, delivery driver was saying he was sorry for how his manager was speaking on the phone. Absolutely disgusting

    Top customer service’ Re-delivered for me after I put the wrong number on the order and missed the delivery. They were super polite and friendly and so was the delivery driver who had to come out twice. Also the food is always 10/10 here so will keep coming back!

    So iv just Ordered 2 meals from koi's kitchen Chinese, the food was freezing when it was delivered, the owner refused to replace my food or collect the cold food and argued on the phone with me for 20 minutes, after making me walk half a mile to get there he checked the food and continued to argue, never going there again, eventually I got my refund
