I have been dealing with Billy from Koi Kare for a number of years and he has alway looked after my pond. Unfortunately he had no input at all when the point was built so has been trying to make the best since then. This last week he has completed renovated my pond with new filtration system and completely reworked the outside of the pond which was originally built with railway sleepers. Sleepers can no longer be seen and the pond is now immaculate, all thanks to Billy and his staff

The Funny Explanation
Billy was extremely helpful when our koi became sick with a mystery illness. Although we didn’t manage to locate the problem Billy’s advise helped us save all but one of our water babies. Would highly recommend he is fast efficient and knows his stuff. Any problems give him a call.
