Karl was found through the RICS website with several emails sent to surveyors. Karl was the first to respond and he has been there for us all the way in our renovation journey. Karl did a very thorough survey identifying the faults and communicating the recommendations clearly. We really couldn’t fault Karls attention to his clients as it was clear he wanted to ensure a job was well done. Karl also became the surveyor for the whole renovation project. Which goes to show how trusting of his judgement and professionalism we were as the project did turn out to be bigger than initially we all thought. He was always prompt responding to emails, messages or phone calls at all hours of the day/night especially when there were concerns or issues identified that needed an urgent response. Covid did hit the project and still Karl supported us ensuring the project was completed, the contractors held to account for the quality of their work and provided value for money through the site meetings and valuation reports. We really couldn’t fault Karl’s dedication to his profession and his clients. Thank you for ensuring our home is of the highest of standards.

Karl was very helpful, friendly and responsive from the moment we contacted him. We were looking to buy a Grade 2 listed property and suspected there might be a few issues with it but Karl uncovered so many more problems with the property that we had not noticed or were aware of. He provided us with an extremely thorough survey report with detailed descriptions of each issue along with photographic and historic evidence that he had found on line to back up all of his findings. He called us straight after completing the survey to alert us to the significant issues he had uncovered and we also had a follow up call with him once he had sent us his full report so that we could get a better understanding of the issues he had found. If we had continued with the purchase of the property it would have turned into a very expensive nightmare for us, so can't thank Karl enough for his thorough survey report. I would definitely use him again and would not hesitate to recommend him.
