Kofo African Caribbean Supermarket offers me kind and helpful customer care which is really appreciated as I am disabled. Kofo (the owner I think), and the other shop keepers are friendly and knowledgeable. I have purchased an African drum, maraca and a fan proudly displayed in my living room. The hair products food and other goods that I buy are reasonably priced. Thank you so much for your fantastic customer service. I frequently recommend your shop to my friends or strangers in search of African Caribbean goods. Keep it up! Sheryl, Birmingham

Awful we have being buying from this place to support a black business! However my sister was getting her hair done the same day so she went to the shop with the same hair she brought last time and they told her she stole it when she never has stolen anything in her life! She even showed them a bank statement and told them to look back at the cameras when that wasn’t good enough she then told the staff to call the police and even gave them the hair that she brought which shows my sister is innocent! The staff are useless and don’t even know how to use the cameras!! They tried to keep her in the shop and harass her, never going back there again!! We need an apology!!!!!
