Well from looking at the other reviews it’s definitely gone down hill. We booked these to turn up and service our machine, spoke with them the morning of the service via email and asked for a time, bearing in mind we are a coffee shop and we don’t want to close midday through our lunch rush. Understandably if we had too. Received an email stating “we will receive a message when on way” Come 2 o’clock we emailed again asking for an update, thinking a machine service it going to be a couple of hours work. We received nothing back. Come 4 o’clock my partner needed to shoot off to run some errands so I popped in to close up and wait for the engineer. Thought I’d give them a ring as no reply the the email. Rang and answer phone. Tried a couple of times but same thing. Got to about 6pm and still nothing. So I thought I’d try ring one last time. You guessed it answer phone again 👍🏻 I’m done. You have wasted my partners time, my time and made me closed my other business early so I can wait for your engineer. Thanks.

Jan and Steve started supplying us initially with coffee and other consumables and the service was second to none. What they promise they deliver without fail . After the nightmare dealing with a big corporate vending company it was a breath of fresh air to deal with Jan and Steve who know what they are talking about and got us what we needed and installation was quick and done when we were told it would be done. Highly recommended.
