Lack of communication from staff after waiting 7 weeks for my glasses, apparently only one lens was at the warehouse then when I said I'm going to go to a different optician funnily my lenses turned up. Then I need to leave my frame which was meant to be done in 2 days and waited over a week still no update. Asked for refund or partial and they said can't do that as we will loose business! Wouldn't recommend this optician as customer service here is really bad. I had to chase up myself every week
