Could not recommend Henry’s classes at Kobox enough! He always brings the energy and provides a killer class. Really knowledgeable and has been great at making adaptions when I’ve been injured so I can make the most of my workout!

Horrible front desk staff. Made me pay £12 extra for a hand wrap. Later I realized there is a standard one you can buy for £6 too which was never mentioned. The staff, girl with long blonde hair simply put the payment machine in front of me demanding I pay without explaining anything. I booked on classpass so was not aware. Never again and will tell friends and family to not visit this place. Class was mediocre too. Instructor doesnt care about you.

Terribly rude staff, was my partner and my first experience of the class and left before it even started as both staff at reception and the trainer were rude, condescending and not welcoming at all, even though they knew it was our first class. Wouldn’t go back again!!

Easter Monday ruined by the rude and condescending team at KOBOX Chelsea. From the moment my partner and I checked in at the front desk, we were given attitude by the member of staff behind the counter. After asking for the cheaper ( i.e standard) wrapping tape option (which is mandatory for the class btw), she told us she didn’t know which of them it was and insisted that no one would be available to help us wrap them around our hands - basically we were forced to purchase the most expensive pair as none of the stafff were available to do their job. Move forward to the induction with Louise and as we are receiving some guidance on the structure of the class plus the core moves to know, she personally singled me out and embarrassed me in front of the whole class, looking dead straight at me as she said ‘could we ALL put our stuff on the floor’ (ie wrapping bands just bought from the other rude lady 5 mns earlier and their towel) in the most condescending and passive aggressive tone. After practicing muay thai boxing for 6 months, I knew what an uppercut and jab were - if she had simply paid attention to the only person raising her hand when asked if anyone had done boxing before (ME) she would’ve been aware that I had some notion of the very basic beginner moves you teach. Never going again and wouldn’t recommend anyone with self respect to go, and this is from an avid class pass user who frequents THE BEST boutique studios in London. I would’ve given 0 stars if it was an option.

I came to KOBOX Chelsea this week for the first time. Everyone is very friendly and the team is happy to help and make sure you are comfortable and enjoy the experience. Special thanks to Louise. I never did any sort of boxing before but her induction was clear and I really enjoyed the class. Will be back for sure!

It was my first time doing the class, I didn't have the right shoes and they didn't help me out, they charged me for that class without me doing the class, so it's the best way to not get your customer back
