New review: Used to be a good place. But the last two times I went there, the food was bad quality and the service was terrible. Badly cooked meat, burnt naan and arrogant & rude service. I would not recommend to anyone. Previous review I posted 5 months ago: The best Kurdish food in town. Their lamb and chicken tikka is upto the mark. The lamb qozi is a must try as well. Very decently priced for the quality of food you get.

Had lunch at Kobane with a few friends. As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed and offered a choice of soups: lamb, chicken, and another. We chose lamb and it was absolutely delicious. After browsing through the menu, we chose the kobane special (£10.00) - it came with rice, nan, and meat, plus a selection of sauces including creamed spinach, okra, and eggplant. Another very yummy meal. I chose to have mine with the traditional tea. Generally, I had a great experience here, and appreciated how affordable the food was. The only problem we encountered was how cold the restaurant felt, but the waitress kindly switched on the heating for us.
