You can come into our office during our business hours to pick up the repaired hearing aid. Visited Roger at The Hearing Centre in Knutsford as my Dads hearing aids were broken. My dad has Alzheimer’s, Roger was amazing with him. So patient and understanding. He spoke to my dad very calmly and really put him at ease. Talked to him and not about him. He really took time to engage with him. No hard sell, we got exactly what we wanted and at a very reasonable price. After sales care has also been impeccable. Roger made the whole process so easy. I would never go anywhere else now. Can’t rate highly enough!! Thank you so much.

I have worn hearing aids for 24 years due to nerve endings diminishing. I have always had to buy my hearing aids because my loss is so great I need the best I can use. I have previously purchased through Hidden Hearing and Bloom Hearing and wanted to stay with a small independant shop where I could receive one to one service. I personally prefer the Oticon range of hearing equipment and wanted to bring my six year old aids up to date with their latest 'opn' technology. I decided to contact the Knutsford hearing centre and was delighted to meet Jackie who runs this centre. Not only does Jackie make you feel welcome with lovely cups of tea but she is caring and knowledgeable. What a relief for me to find such a gem of a place and feel looked after. I have purchased two sets of oticon opn aids plus two connect clips, as I like to have a spare set of everything, my own preference. I thought the prices were excellent, the service excellent and extremely efficient and Jackie absolutely wonderful making everything happen single handedly. I'm a happy customer.
