WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY. A company that have engineers who lie about the hours worked on site (charged for 5 hours when in fact were there for 40 minutes). upon confronting them about it, they said it was a typo error and reduced it to 2 hour charge (claimed he was there for 1 hour and 15 minutes). I had to fight that too and prove to them with our CCTV system that he was there for 40 Minutes only!!! to top it up after all that hassle, i have requested to be compensated which they point blank refused and said that they see no reason why they should do so! Few weeks after the visit the lift broke again and when requested them to come sort it out they have asked for Proforma which is fine but then they have decided not to provide service because they didn't like that i am telling them what a bunch of liars they are.
