Recently, I had to invest in some career upgrade trainings and after doing a bit of research, I choose Knowledge Train based on the fact that they were able to deliver quickly and at a reasonable cost. I am grateful for the incredible help and support I got from them. I was assisted and supported before, during and after my trainings. It was quite a hectic period for me and I was undertaking 3 different professional trainings with exams in close successions after coming out of a 6 month contract. However, all my concerns were unnecessary as 'Yassin Abbas' and colleagues were always on hand to offer more advice and support. I will recommend Knowledge Train as a responsible training organisation if such a supportive organisation with an equally superb training delivery is what you are looking for. The lecturers were always willing to help as much as possible.

I enrolled for the PRINCE2 Foundation and APM PMQ courses with Knowledge Train. I am delighted to say that I have now successfully obtained my PRINCE2 Foundation certification and I am looking forward to getting the APM PMQ one, as well. To get my experience across, I will be breaking down my experience with Knowledge Train in the parts I think most people will be interested in reading about. Monetary value: I researched through lots of offers from course providers, but Knowledge Train offered me the PRINCE2+APM PMQ courses combo in the lowest price of the market, with a big difference from the second one. Learning material: Very dense and well updated. They frequently update it with any updates from the awarding organisation (even minor ones) and is presented in a very informative, easy to understand and interactive way, including infographics, helping you to keep all this material composed in your brain. Mock exams are included both at the end of each chapter and for the entire learning material as well. Communication: As far as I am concerned, it is coming across very nicely when I feel people are genuinely there to cater for me instead of just looking me at my wallet. I cannot stress this enough. Throughout the course duration I was communicating with Jay, who - despite his understandably busy schedule - was always ready to swiftly address my every enquiry, regardless of the time of the day I tried to communicate with him. If it was within working hours, I never waited for more than half an hour (tops) to have my enquiry replied to and eventually solved. Conclusion: Absolutely positive and great experience. Probably the best provider you can find out there to make sure you'll be succesful in obtaining your Project Management certifications. Definitely recommend, my only regret is I can only use 5 stars to rate them.
