I made an initial enquiry and having seen that my message had been seen but no response, after a few days I sent a chase up. I have then waited a week and still nothing. I would have appreciated whatever the issue was, ill, fully booked, didn’t want to do it...but to receive no communication is just poor customer service. I reiterated this to Sarah and still no response. No recommendation from me.
