Just had my wife's Fiat MOT done. Mostly have had to wait weeks before other garages could do it. Not so with Knowl Hill Performance, they did it the next day and the car only needed a minor repair and they fixed it yesterday after the weekend. The customer care that I received from Paul was second to none. I haven't used them before because I thought that they only looked after Super Cars but not so, and now, Knowl Hill Performance will be looking after all my families cars in the future. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I thought I would come and leave a review as a woman purchasing a car on my own. I found the staff at Knowl Hill to be very kind and caring and they took the time to talk me through the process and more importantly show me how everything on my new Audi worked. They were very accommodating with my son too who had a great time looking at the cars and being shown around their service and restoration facilities. I will certainly be using them in the future for service and MOT.

I thought I would come and start the year on a positive note. I have been using Knowl Hill for service and MOT for around four years now but in between Christmas and New Year I purchased my wife a Range Rover from the team and they made everything as smooth as they could from start to finish. Furthermore we received a bottle of Champagne and a Knowl Hill umbrella which was very handy as it was tipping it down! Throughly recommended.

Called in the morning to discuss buying the Porsche Taycan, went through the details to part exchange my G63 over the phone with a sales rep, was told I would have a call back within '2o mins', few hours later no call, chased and spoke with a lady on reception that was clearly not interested and a bad phone manor, took my number and told me I would get a call back, after no call back, a couple of hours later, I chased again, was told he was busy and I would get a call back. Potentially one of the easiest sales, all I needed was for him to come back to me with a price on my car, and arrange a delivery date. I had done my homework, I knew what I wanted and made that obvious... Instead, no sale, and a bad review. bravo

I bought an MV Agusta during the COVID restrictions, possibly the lowest value item on their “forecourt”. Based on the poor communication feedback below I was initially sceptical about dealing with them. It was the exact model I wanted so decided to continue. Honestly I found the communication from Josh the opposite, he kept me up to date throughout the process even when compounded by lockdown obstacles. There was an issue with the bike when getting the MOT, Knowl Hill sorted it out without a quibble. I am very happy with my purchase.
