Don't get individual lessons from Holly. We agreed for 2 days per week and I made payment for 10 lessons in advance. At the end of 2 months we could have only 2 lessons. We agreed to cancel the rest and refund on 17th August. She said she will make the payment on the weekend.. today is 15th November, she doesn't answer any message, doesn't give any update. I'm disappointed. And I will report her to federation, and let the council know the matter. Knoll tennis club should consider this situation. I had friends were coming there, I already told them to find another court.
