Husband received Aston Martin Advantage gift voucher for his birthday, went today and as per voucher was to receive 6 laps in Aston and time at venue 1.5hrs approx, check it out got 45 mins and no certificate just a bit of cardboard with tick list on how good he was. When my husband finished I was at another location filming him and said when we met at car it was very quick, on checking my filming I noticed only 4 laps given, I went into office to make them aware and young red haired girl said sorry but you should have told driver and car is now put back and then tried to say if you go out that is lap 1, and basically trying to state I was wrong and they were right, and to be honest her customer service was very poor, they said he did get 6 laps ( but he didn't) but they'll check CCTV, but to be honest I think it would have taken a long time to do this as her response was very poor. Don't get me wrong Alan and Ronan were lovely but money spent in this and to be robbed of 2 laps and poor cust service, will not be back, I would have but not now , would have given 1 star but the lads were very nice.
