Biggest scam artist on the planet. I must've lost about £25-£30 in 2022 with undrinkable tea that comes out like the photo. Already up to about £4 in 2023. Might not sound like a lot but they're only 35p each. That's how many quarter cups of watery milk I've tipped down the sink. It's not a faulty machine. We have multiple on site all the same. If you have any say on your companies vending avoid these thieves.
