Horrible and unprofessional property management. As a long time BH investor, sad to see the brand crumble in the hands of these moronic yo-yos. They need a brand refresh course on how to be in the property business and fire whoever leads their London office and hire someone who can properly deliver the Berkshire way. This isn't it.

This is a terrible agency and if you are a property owner I would strongly advise you to use another professional agency to manage your property. If you are looking for a property to rent, look elsewhere, as the Berkshire Hathaway brand in London unfortunately is nothing like its counterparts elsewhere in the world. For starters, they are terrible property managers, they never address any issues like maintenance on time and the property is left in shambles much to the dismay of tenants. If this was better managed, you would have happier tenants who would actually stay longer term in these properties. There fees are a fortune for the level of quality and service. This just puts the Berkshire brand in terrible light.

I had a really good experience renting through this company, Amélia Merulla was really really helpful in supporting me looking for properties, really responsive in terms of solving my doubts, visiting the flat several time through online views. And supported me all the way through while trying to find and apartment in London while I was living abroad. I have realized that looking for flat in a really competitive market is really stressful and having someone that could support me through the process while I was not in the UK was an absolute must. Luckily for me I found Amélia! I would fully recommend to work with her!
